15 oz. cooked rice

2.5 oz. sugar

2.5 oz. raisins

10 oz. milk

1/4 tablespoon vanilla

1/8 tablespoon cinnamon

Direction:

1. Beat egg and egg white in a dish

2. Add other ingredients, bake for 1 hour

3. Turn after 20 minutes, spray with cinnamon, Serve

Pumpkin Dip

Ingredients

4 teaspoon Sun butter

1/4 tablespoon cinnamon

1/4 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

1 tablespoon honey

1.0 oz. pumpkin purée

2 teaspoon milk

Direction:

1. Add cinnamon, pumpkin, honey, sun butter And milk

2. Mix very well, allow blending, and Serve.
